USE OF OUR WEBSITE

When you use this website and place orders through it, you agree to:

  • Use this website to make enquiries and legally valid orders only.
  • Not to make any false or fraudulent orders. If an order of this type may reasonably be considered to have been placed, we shall be authorised to cancel it and inform the competent authorities.
  • Provide us with your email address, postal address and/or other contact details truthfully and exactly. You also agree that we may use this information to contact you in the context of your order if necessary

If you do not provide us with all the information we need, you cannot place your order

CONTRACT:

After you place an order you will receive Confirmation mail/Message (Order Confirmation) and (Shipping Confirmation)

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS:

Order fulfillment is contingent upon product availability. Accordingly, we reserve the right to notify you of equivalent products in the event that there are issues with the supply of goods or that no more of the item is available for purchase. We will return any money you may have paid if you decide not to order the replacement products.

REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER:

Despite our best efforts to complete every order, there may be instances in which we are compelled to decline an order even after the Order Confirmation has been sent. We keep the right to do this at any moment. We maintain the right, at any time, to take any product down from this website and to change or remove any content or materials from it.
 If we remove or alter any goods, material, or information from our website, or if we fail to process an order after sending the Order Confirmation, we won't be held responsible to you or any other party.

Delivery:

In keeping with clause (3) above regarding product availability and extraordinary circumstances, we will endeavor to ensure that the order containing the product(s) is sent by the date specified in the delivery confirmation, or within a maximum of 30 days of the order confirmation date if no delivery date is specified, in the estimated time frame.
 However, there can be delays due to things like the delivery zone or the presence of unanticipated situations.

For the reason of those Conditions, the “transport” will be understood to have taken region or the order “delivered” as quickly as you or a 3rd celebration indicated through you acquires bodily ownership of the goods, so that it will be evidenced through the signing of the receipt of the order on the transport deal with indicated through you.

INVOICE:

Invoice will be provided to you along with the products when delivered.

TAXES:

EXCHANGE/RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

  • We grant you a period of 15 days from the day the order was delivered by the delivery executive. (For orders placed outside sale duration)
  •   In case you return the goods within the contractual term of the right of withdrawal, you will only be reimbursed with the amount paid for said products. Delivery charges will not be reimbursed After the goods returned. The amount will be credited back into customer’s store wallet.
  • Incase you have received a damaged, defective, missing or a wrong product on delivery. Please reach out to us within 24 hours at moopersclothing@gmail.com
  • Exchange of a product is subject to stock availability.
  • An order can be returned / exchanged to a maximum of two (2) consecutive times.

RETURN / EXCHANGE – Terms and Conditions:

  • Customer can exchange the order within 15 days from the date of delivery. (For orders placed outside sale duration)
  • Keeping the strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns / replacement on several product categories like cap, hat, mask, boxer, shorts,  tank tops and baby tees. Stationary products like stickers are also a part of no return / no exchange products.
  • We reserve the right not to accept return of products which
    (i) we believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled or
    (ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).
  • We will not arrange the reverse pickup of products, unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at info@bonkerscorner.com and we will get back to you, Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team.
  • Once confirmed by our customer experience team, we will arrange the reverse pickup Product/s within 7 days of receiving the request.
  • Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.
  • As we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc
    In case of an exchange; the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering new product again to the customer location, As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge i.e ₹100 (Which will be credited back to the customer’s store wallet after product quality check is completed).
  • We will not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.
  • If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.
  • In case of a return on an order, the amount will be credited back into customer’s store wallet.

CONFIRMATION / CANCELLATION – Terms and Conditions:

  • If you have placed a COD order our customer service team will call you for confirmation of the order to be shipped.
  • Once an order is cancelled, It cannot be reverted. New order needs to be placed by the customer.
  • Once the order is in processing status it cannot be cancelled.
  • For changes in the order before it has been shipped, Please call us directly on the number and we will see if we can work it out for you. Changes in the order cannot be made once shipped.

REFUND – Terms and Conditions:

  • The refund will be initiated in your moopers wallet by 7 working days from the date of your order is returned subject to passing the quality check.
  • Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned.
  • Moopers may refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse or other manipulative behaviour that entitles.
