Change of Mind: Once you buy it, it's yours—no returns for simply changing your mind.

Size or Fit Issues: Check our size guides/chart before buying; we don't do returns for size or fit preferences.

Color Differences: Colors may vary slightly due to screens; we won't accept returns for this reason.

PLEASE ENSURE TO RECORD AN UNBOXING VIDEO UPON DELIVERY (This is crucial in case of discrepancies like lost items, duplicate products, wrong products, or product issues). Refunds in these cases are possible only if the unboxing video of the delivered parcel is available.
